My area of interest is in partnership working – at the interface between organisations or departments that need to work together to improve outcomes for children and young people.
I work with central government, large voluntary sector organisations, local government and primary care trusts. In working for and with these organisations, I also work with schools, GPs, Children’s Centres, Mental Health Trusts (mainly CAMHS), Acute Trusts, children and young people themselves, local VCS and others to understand and improve how children and young people experience services and what can be done to improve the effect of services.
I also work with other consultancy organisations who bring specialist expertise to each project as needed. For example I have a long-standing relationship with the National Children’s Bureau who host a range of specialist foras and teams, as well as with Micah Gold Associates, who specialise in innovative approaches to neighbourhood working.
