My background

I have provided consultancy advice, support and leadership to local authorities, health agencies, central government and national charities since 2006. Prior to that I practised briefly as a child psychologist, worked for a large, national children’s charity and held various policy & commissioning positions in a London Borough. Between 2010 and 2014 I held a leadership role at a leading local government consultancy.

Since 2014 I have successfully developed an extensive network of local and national government and health leaders, with whom I share my expertise in Children’s Services.

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology (2:1) in 1998 and a Masters degree in International Social Policy with Distinction in 2015. I currently volunteer as a Governor at a large local grammar school. I have undertaken various professional courses throughout my career. These have helped me to manage staff, lead change, oversee large scale projects and programmes, and to challenge discrimination whenever it occurs.
