Reorganisation & Restructure

Alix Cordell worked with London Borough Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) 2017-2018 to:

• Lead the development of a new Public Service Reform directorate following the ending of the TriBorough arrangements.

• Work with staff, both bottom up and top down, to understand synergies between roles across adults, children’s and public health and to bring functions together to avoid duplication and to increase alignment.
