Alix Cordell worked with Hackney Council 2024-2026 to:
Establish a new commissioning function, strategy and savings roadmap for the group directorate. This required significant council investment with a plan for optimal returns over a 3 year period.
Lead three significant restructures across the Directorate to optimise performance, monitoring and systems, projects and programmes, strategy and governance, school trading, complaints and feedback and other central support functions.
Design and develop critical business cases for key priorities - centred around demand management and operational excellence.
