Alix Cordell worked with Surrey Council 2018-2022 to:

• Consult, write and implement an Alternative Provision Strategy which promoted inclusion and creative solutions to education

• Track, analyse and forecast SEND need and corresponding resource allocation of the High Needs Block to ensure the right match

• Lead the development of a new CAMHS contract and system architecture, piloting new approaches with schools

• Redesign children’s therapy services to implement significant efficiencies

• Restructure the Commissioning Division to ensure excellent interface with service directorates and renew focus on delivering efficiencies.
